McAfee to issue Grant Numbers to all supported customers
You may have received an email recently informing you of the changes to the Secure Support entitlement and the transition of Secure Systems to McAfee Systems. This should happen with no real impact to you the end user in terms of quality of support, however all calls must now be logged by us using a support grant number.
You will receive this in the coming weeks, once you have received it please inform us by sending a copy for our records. We will need this when placing a support call on your behalf.
