NETprotocol is proud to announce the introduction of it's new
full time remote support and management services which commenced
on 1st May 2003.
The service is comprised of traditional telephone and e-mail
support and also includes a remote support and mangement element
based around VPN technology allowing the NETprotocol team instant
access to each clients LAN, therefore allowing on-site type
management and troubleshooting facilities.
Two levels of support are available as outlined below:
Standard Service Outline
Annual Flat Rate Support of £9,000 per annum
Unlimited Telephone & E-mail support
Response utilising remote support tools via VPN connections
where applicable - NetPilot VPN required
Available between 09:00 and 17:30
Premium Service Outline
Annual Flat Rate Support of £12,000 per annum
As the Standard Service offering plus:
Remote Installation of updates & service packs if required
(where applicable)
Regular Overall system health check to help idenfity potential
issues before they arise.
Both Levels of Support include a login to the NETprotocol "Client
Secure Area" of this website which has information on:
Technical Information (Patches / Technotes etc)
Online Product Documentation
Links to other information resources
Ability to log support calls online
In addition to the two services outlined above NETprotocol
