NETprotocol's primary focus within the GFI product range is the GFI FAXMaker product, which enables NETprotocol to deliver a Fax and SMS messaging to any organisation. The FAXMaker product is available in two different versions, FAXMaker for Exchange and FAXMaker for Networks. Both product versions share the same main features of:

• Outbound Faxing from the Desktop
• Outbound SMS Messaging from the Desktop
• Inbound Fax & SMS Routing to users

The added bonus of the FAXMaker for Exchange product is that, once installed, it provides users with a truly unified messaging system, enabling users to send E-Mails, Faxes and SMS Messages from a single interface, Microsoft Outlook. The benefit of this is that a user doesn't have to learn a new application or a new way of operating, they simply send an e-mail with attachments if required to a Contact's Fax Entry and GFI FAXMaker interprets everything else.

Inbound Faxes and Messages can be delivered directly to users mailboxes and the routing can be done through a variety of different methods.
